RPSC JLO recruitment 2023: Admit card released at rpsc.rajasthan.gov; Check how to download

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released the admit cards for Junior Legal Officer (JLO) recruitment exam.
Candidates who had registered for the exam, and meet the eligibility criteria can visit the portal and download their admit cards at the official website of RPSC – recruitment.rajasthan.gov.in/.
The RPSC had earlier released the notice for filling up of 140 vacancies of Junior Legal Officers.
The RPSC JLO recruitment exam 2023 is scheduled to take place on November 4 & 5, 2023.
To download the RPSC Junior Legal Officer (JLO) recruitment admit card, follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission at rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, navigate to the “News and Events” section and click on the active link titled “Download Admit Card For Junior Legal Officer 2023.”
Step 3: You’ll be directed to the admit card download page for the RPSC JLO recruitment examination 2023.
Step 4: On the admit card page, locate the “Admit Card Download” option and input your Application ID and Date of Birth.
Step 5: Enter the Captcha code displayed on the page correctly to proceed.
Step 6: Finally, click the button to download your admit card from the RPSC portal.
RPSC JLO Syllabus 2023
The scheme of examination for direct recruitment to the posts of Junior Legal Officer (JLO) (Permanent) will be as follows:
Paper I

  • Subject: Constitution of India with special emphasis on Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles and enforcement of rights through writs, Functioning of High Court and Supreme Court, and Attorney General.
  • Marks: 50

Paper II

  • Subject: Civil Procedure Code and Criminal Procedure Code Provisions required to be referred generally in Government Offices will be given importance.
  • Marks: 50

Paper III

  • Subject: Evidence Act, Limitation Act, Interpretation of Statutes, drafting, and conveyancing.
  • Marks: 50

Paper IV

  • Language:
    • Part-A: General Hindi
    • Part-B: General English
  • Marks: 25 each

Examination pattern
The examination pattern for this test requires completing each Paper within a 3-hour duration. The minimum passing score for each Paper is set at 40%. It is essential to note that all papers, except for the language paper, can be attempted in either Hindi or English. However, candidates are permitted to respond partially in Hindi and partially in English, unless stated otherwise. The language paper is designed to be at the level of senior secondary education.
